Location: Las Vegas, NV
Compensation: $110,000–$150,000 base + full benefits

Our client is a nationally recognized trial defense law firm handling sophisticated, high-stakes matters with a strong emphasis on healthcare, medical malpractice, and general liability defense

This role is ideal for an attorney with at least one year of litigation experience who is looking to sharpen trial skills in a supportive but demanding environment. Attorneys are trusted with substantive case responsibility while working closely with experienced trial lawyers.
The position is primarily on-site in Las Vegas
, with built-in flexibility due to court appearances, depositions, and case-related travel. This is not a fully remote role
, but attorneys have autonomy in managing their schedules.
- Represent clients in litigation matters from pre-trial through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents
- Appear in court for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy
- Collaborate with partners, senior associates, and paralegals on active matters
Participate in case strategy discussions and client communications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active Nevada State Bar license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience (required)
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Solid understanding of state and federal court procedures
- Medical malpractice defense
