The Vice President of Capital Markets isastrategic,operationallymindedexecutiveleaderresponsiblefordrivingthecompany’sfinancialplanning,reporting,andgrowthstrategies,capitalmarketsprogramofcapitalgrowthforthecompany’sfinancialneeds
Thisroleoverseesallfinancefunctions,including budgeting,forecasting,financial analysis,capital planning,andriskmanagement.
TheVPofFinancewillpartnerdirectlywiththe
CEOandexecutiveleadershipteamtosupportstrategiccapitalneedsdecision-makingacrossalldivisionsofthebusiness.
- Partnerwithexecutiveleadershiptoevaluatenewmarketexpansions,capital projects,andoperationalinitiatives.
- Developandexecutefinancialstrategiestosupportrapidgrowthwhilemaintainingprofitabilityandoperationalefficiency.
- Managerelationshipswithbanks,auditors,insurers,andoutsideinvestors(if applicable).
- Supportcapitalallocationdecisions,includingequipmentpurchases,location development,andrealestateinvestments.
- Maymitigatefinancialriskbyoverseeinginsurancepolicies,internal audits,andcomplianceinitiatives.
- Foster cross-functionalcollaborationwith
Operations and Real Estate / Development.
