This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both managing people and processes while staying directly engaged with client relationships and complex service needs. You’ll mentor a talented service team, coordinate with advisors and custodians, and act as the central hub ensuring accuracy, accountability, and excellence across the client experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Client Service team and ensure timely completion of all service tasks
  • Manage high-net-worth client relationships with professionalism, responsiveness, and care
  • Handle complex service work including transfers, distributions, trust changes, and entity account maintenance
  • Train, mentor, and support Client Service Associates to enhance skillsets and consistency
  • Collaborate with advisors, planners, and operations to deliver a unified client experience
  • Partner with custodians (Fidelity and Schwab) to resolve escalated service issues
  • Maintain task systems, service dashboards, and workflow reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement across client service processes and documentation standards
  • 5+ years of client service or operations experience in an RIA or financial services firm
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring a small team strongly preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of custodian systems (Fidelity, Schwab, etc.)
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational discipline and attention to detail under deadlines
  • Experience with Redtail, Orion, , and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be based in Las Vegas and available to work on-site (non-negotiable)
