About the Position
The company is seeking a Project Manager to join its Energy Group – Renewables Division, supporting utility-scale solar and energy infrastructure projects. This role reports to the Director of Project Management and is primarily on-site at the project location or local office.
The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, planning, execution, and financial performance of assigned construction projects. This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with the company’s core values.
This role may require travel depending on project timelines and needs. Travel frequency and duration will vary by assignment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of project management experience in renewable energy constructionUtility-scale solar (PV) experience strongly preferredProven experience managing electrical construction projects from planning through closeoutProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferredStrong knowledge of estimating, project cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity tracking, and reportingExperience working with union labor, labor rate calculations, and collective bargaining agreementsDemonstrated ability to lead high-performing project teams and develop talentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsBenefits
