Senior Project Manager Las Vegas

The Senior Project Manager for Diversified Automation is a pivotal role within the Operations Department responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of automation projects. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management particularly within the automation industry. The Senior Project Manager will travel approximately 60%.

• Project Planning and Execution:
  Lead the planning, scheduling and execution of automation projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational requirements.
• Resource Management:
  Effectively allocate resources including personnel and budget to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners and clients providing regular updates on project status, risks and mitigation strategies.
• Risk Management:
  
  Identify potential risks and issues related to project scope, timeline and budget and implement proactive measures to mitigate their impact.
• Quality Assurance:
  Oversee quality control processes to ensure that automation solutions meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
• Vendor Management:
  Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to procure necessary materials and services, negotiate contracts, monitor progress and maintain relationships.
• Team Leadership:
  Provide leadership and guidance to project teams fostering a collaborative and high‑performance work environment.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes, enhance efficiency and maximize project outcomes.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, progress reports and financial records and generate regular status reports for management review.
• Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Proven experience successfully managing material handling projects.

• Advanced proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project).
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• PMP certification and training related to automation technologies or project management.
