Responsibilities
  • Lead, direction and motivate all technicians and staff.
  • Ensure all customer vehicle glass repair and replacement meets company standards.
  • Source, order, receive and deliver parts to technicians accurately and timely; maintain inventory and process returns promptly.
  • Recruit, hire and train staff and technicians; maintain compliance with company standards.
  • Set and achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with subordinates and vendors; dispatch jobs for technicians; manage parts back‑orders and credits.
  • Coordinate returns and credits of parts, ensuring daily pick‑ups.
  • Provide the A/P Department with POP invoices for appropriate purchases.
  • Field ETA calls from customers and confirm appointment times and routing changes.
  • Notify CSRs and teams when parts are on back‑order status; confirm parts returns and credits from local distributors.
  • Review dispatches and communications from technicians; schedule and reschedule jobs as required.
Skills and Experience
  • Time‑management, organizational skills, customer/client focus and initiative.
  • Self‑starter, driven by incentives and a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative thinker.
  • High school graduate.
  • At least five years of experience in the auto‑glass industry.
  • Previous management or operations experience highly preferred but not required.
