* Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Slot Host Manager to lead and manage our Slot Host team. As the Slot Host Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the effective and efficient management of changes to our organization's systems, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

Provide strong leadership to a team of Slot Hosts, offering guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their effective performance.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.

Change Management Policies and Practices:

Develop and implement comprehensive change management policies, procedures, and best practices to facilitate successful change implementation.

Assess the impact of proposed changes and identify, analyze, and effectively manage associated risks.

Ensure all changes adhere to the organization's change management policies and are properly documented and approved.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Collaborate closely with the IT department and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of system changes with minimal disruption to operations.

Act as a liaison between the Slot Host team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and coordination.

Auditing and Process Improvement:

Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor adherence to change management processes and identify areas for improvement.

Make recommendations for enhancements to existing change management procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Progress Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor and report on the progress of change management initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.

Communicate any issues, risks, or roadblocks encountered during the change management process and propose mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of experience in a change management role, demonstrating a successful track record in managing change initiatives.

Exceptional leadership abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and managing risks associated with change.

Thorough understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Proficiency in utilizing change management software, project management tools, and IT systems.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position requires the management and supervision of direct reports

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Personal vehicle and reliable transportation is required.

LANGUAGE

SKILLS:

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to read and interpret documents, instructions, and manuals, as well as to communicate effectively.

REASONING ABILITY:

The ability to apply logical thinking to execute instructions and resolve problems is crucial.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Applicants must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The role requires regular standing, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally. The incumbent must also be able to perform duties in varying work conditions, such as confined spaces.
