We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of Symphony Park Tower—a $315 M+ 32‑story concrete high‑rise in downtown Las Vegas. This high‑profile, skyline‑defining project demands hands‑on, in‑the‑field leadership with technical expertise and drive to take a landmark development from groundbreaking through final turnover.

- 32‑story condo tower over podium with ground‑level retail, structured parking, amenity decks, and high‑end finishes
- 30‑month build schedule with complex urban logistics and phasing
- 12+ months of preconstruction completed—ready for groundbreaking August/September 2025
- Full support team in place:
Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, Superintendents
We need a seasoned Senior Project Manager who:
- Brings true GC experience leading large‑scale vertical construction—high‑rise, multifamily, podium, mixed‑use, or complex concrete work.
- Combines technical command with daily site presence—you’re on the jobsite, solving problems, driving progress, and leading from the front.
- Can mentor, guide, and hold accountable a team of PMs, APMs, Engineers, and Superintendents.
- Knows that schedule, scope, document control, and ownership communication aren’t occasional tasks—they’re daily disciplines.
- Is comfortable managing design coordination, tracking the critical path, negotiating subcontracts, and owning field execution.
- Owns problems, tracks details, stays proactive, and finishes strong.
- Be on the Symphony Park jobsite daily—field leadership.
- Lead construction execution from shovel to turnover: financials, schedule, subcontractor performance, buyout strategy, reporting.
- Run OAC meetings, manage design coordination, drive project closeout.
- Foster high‑performance: mentor and develop APMs, Engineers, and project staff.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with ownership, design teams, and MHC leadership.
- 10+ years of construction management experience with significant exposure to vertical, complex commercial projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to drive profitability while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule are met or exceeded.
