Titles Department Supervisor
Location: Las Vegas, NV - In Office
Reports To: Titles Department Manager
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Titles Department Supervisor to oversee daily operations for our Titles call centers and administrative teams. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of title-related tasks while maintaining high performance standards across all assigned teams.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, proven leadership experience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Experience with vehicle titles-whether through a DMV, dealership, auction, or auto finance environment-is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day workflow and productivity for Titles call center and administrative teams.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance support to team members to ensure quality and efficiency standards.
- Monitor workload distribution and adjust assignments to maintain balance and meet deadlines.
- Review title documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
- Assist with performance evaluations, employee development, and training initiatives.
- Create and maintain productivity and quality reports using Excel.
- Participate in implementing new processes or tools that enhance department efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve title-related issues or escalations.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements or innovative solutions.
- Prepare documents, slides, or workflow materials for departmental updates or presentations.
- 2-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience overseeing at least 10 employees.
- Beginner to intermediate Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, VLOOKUP preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word; familiarity with Power Point and Visio is a plus.
- Strong analytical and independent decision-making skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Prior experience with vehicle titles (DMV, dealership, auction, or auto finance) preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Ability to identify process improvements and propose creative, effective solutions.
- Proactive and resourceful.
