Position Responsibilities:
* The Sales Manager drives market execution in all Food Service On Premise (FSOP) accounts as well as creates and implements a growth strategy to deliver the company's business plan to lead the total beverage portfolio
* As a Sales Manager, you will identify and develop talent through a robust development plan including emphasis on the company values and culture
* You will drive collaboration between supply chain and field sales execution teams and serve as a key enabler for business initiatives through communication with FSOP leadership and local facility management
* You will oversee strategic relationships with FSOP customers and ensures retail market compliance with marketing agreements, contracts and monthly commercial priorities
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of sales or related experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience
Preferred
Education and Experience:
* Master's degree
