Overview

Foster Resident Happiness:

Property Operations Maestro:
- Be the guardian of our properties! Oversee maintenance inspections and ensure all aspects are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with an energetic maintenance team to tackle challenges, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Leasing & Marketing Guru:
- Manage the leasing process like a pro! Conduct engaging property tours and guide prospective tenants through the journey of finding their new home.
- Unleash your creativity! Develop innovative marketing strategies that attract new residents and help our community thrive.
Financial Wizard:
- Dive into the numbers! Prepare and manage the property budget while identifying opportunities for financial efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies to maintain integrity in operations.
Team Leader & Mentor:
- Inspire and lead our dedicated onsite team, fostering an energetic and collaborative culture. Be a source of guidance and support, championing their development.
- Conduct engaging training sessions that empower your team and align them with our goals.
Qualifications
:
- A degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years of property management experience, particularly in affordable housing or community-focused environments.
- A passion for accountability, integrity, and exceptional service.
- Stellar interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with residents and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- A track record of building positive relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with fair housing regulations and property management software (e.g., Yardi) is a plus.
- A valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel frequently between properties, including walking and standing during site inspections.
- Ability to climb stairs and navigate multi-level buildings as needed.
- Ability to lift or move items up to 25 lbs occasionally (e.g., documents, small equipment).
- Ability to work in various environments, including offices, construction areas, and outdoor property grounds.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person and over the phone.
- Ability to use computers, mobile devices, and standard office equipment.
