Join HNTB’s National Award Winning Architectural Practice as an Aviation Project Director. The role involves overseeing the profitable operation of multiple large‑scale aviation projects, coordinating all project activities, and serving as the primary client liaison to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

• Full responsibility for managing all aspects of mega projects.
• Prepare strategic plans for project success.
• Coordinate all project efforts—administrative and technical—to ensure efficient and cost‑effective execution.
• Act as primary liaison contact with clients to bring projects to completion on schedule and within budget.
• Provide oversight and monitoring of work to less experienced project managers.
• Actively manage client budget, schedule, program, communication, documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments.
• Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts for the most complex projects of the largest magnitude.
• Coordinate work efforts and review work performed.
• Provide for quality management.
• Act as champion for the team.
• Responsible for hiring, firing, promotion, discipline, performance review, work allocation, training, and mentoring of staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field and 15 years of relevant experience.

• 20 years of large complex architecture experience
• Master’s degree
• Registered Architect (RA)
• Competed project experience at Las Vegas Airport
