Build and lead a high-impact Business Unit Leadership Team of General Managers and Marketing, HR, Finance, and enterprise partners. Set the priorities, create the rhythm, and drive accountability.

• Drive growth, margin, cash, and customer results across a ~$200M portfolio.

• 15+ years leading home or consumer services or another complex, multi-site operation
• Military leadership experience welcomed
• Experience leading in a private equity-backed, performance-driven environment
• P&L ownership above $175M
• Proven success leading enterprise transformation and turning strategy into measurable results
• MBA preferred

Live in-market or near a major airport. Travel weekly within the business unit and nationally as needed.
