Big productions. Bold ideas. Exceptional execution. Sound like your world?

At Blueprint Studios
, we don't just produce events. We create environments, experiences, and moments that make an impact.

From large-scale trade shows and corporate events to immersive brand activations and custom-built environments, our teams bring ambitious ideas to life every day.

With operations across the country, nearly one million square feet of production and warehouse facilities, and thousands of events produced annually, Blueprint Studios is a place where creativity meets serious production capabilities.

We're looking for an experienced Trade Show & AV Manager who knows the industry, understands the technology, and has the leadership skills to take our operations to the next level.

This isn't just a position managing equipment and schedules. It's an opportunity to lead a talented team, shape how we operate, improve processes, and play an important role in delivering some truly remarkable productions.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll take the lead in managing our Trade Show & AV Department, overseeing everything from modular structural systems and LED walls to audiovisual technology, technical production, inventory, and operational execution.

You'll work alongside our production, design, fabrication, warehouse, and field operations teams to make sure every project is technically sound, properly prepared, and flawlessly executed.

Most importantly, you'll build and develop a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional work.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Lead the team. Inspire, mentor, and develop a strong operational team. Create accountability, encourage collaboration, and build a culture where people take ownership of their work.

Own the operation. Oversee department performance, production planning, labor management, equipment readiness, inventory, and logistics. Keep everything organized, efficient, and ready for the next big production.

Bring technical expertise. Work with modular trade show structures, LED walls, AV systems, and technical drawings. Review and develop CAD drawings, troubleshoot technical challenges, and help turn complex concepts into practical production solutions.

Make things better. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, optimize resources, strengthen quality control, and introduce smarter ways of working.

Connect the dots. Collaborate with designers, project managers, fabrication teams, and field operations to ensure seamless execution from the warehouse to the show floor.

Think beyond the next event. Help us build scalable systems, develop future leaders, and strengthen the department for continued growth.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who has been in the industry, understands the pressure of production deadlines, and knows what it takes to lead a successful operation.

  • 5+ years of experience in trade show production, AV systems, event operations, or a related technical production environment, including management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of building, developing, and managing successful teams.
  • Hands-on knowledge of modular exhibit systems, structural components, LED walls, and audiovisual equipment.
  • CAD proficiency
, including the ability to review, modify, and create technical drawings.
  • Experience managing labor budgets, production schedules, inventory, and operational logistics.
  • A practical, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to make decisions in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine passion for the events and experiential production industry.

Experience with modular aluminum frame systems is particularly valuable. Spanish language skills are a plus.
