Director of Service

Plans, organizes, budgets and develops Service Sales and Operations for the division to achieve overall strategic and financial goals.

• Partners with division leadership to develop and implement strategic business plan, including sales strategies.
• Builds and leads a team by developing and communicating short- and long-term business plans and defining accountabilities.
• Reviews performance against operating plans and standards. Develops and implements business metrics to determine gross margin improvement, key market growth, performance efficiencies/inefficiencies and cash flow.
• Interacts and builds relationships with internal and external key stakeholder, which may include local businesses and institutions, preferred subcontractors and industry organizations.
• Identifies trends, risks, best practices and new approaches that can improve productivity and profitability.
• Monitors customer satisfaction and address escalated and reoccurring issues. Seeks out opportunities for improvement and implement improvement initiatives as appropriate.
• Partners with Safety to implement new and ongoing programs, including compliance with site-specific safety requirements.
• Manages workforce planning, including recruitment, training, development of staff.

• Bachelor's Degree is relevant field, or equivalent education, training and experience
• Ten (10) years of service and sales relevant experience, including people management
• Demonstrated ability in developing and driving strategic initiatives
• Ability to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment and produce results through others in a fast-paced business environment
• Ability to develop executive-level business relationships across the organization and externally with key customers and vendors.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, business operations and regulatory requirements
• Strong business acumen and understanding of risk assessment, margin determination, cash flow and other financial analyses
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present information internally and externally to customers
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Power Point
