702 Print & Marketing is a locally owned and operated Las Vegas printing and marketing company providing top-quality print materials, signage, promotional products, and branding solutions. We’re dedicated to serving local businesses with excellence, creativity, and precision. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Print Operator to join our production team.

The Print Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining digital and large-format printing equipment. This role requires attention to detail, technical know-how, and a strong commitment to producing high-quality printed materials that meet our clients’ expectations.

Operate and maintain digital and large-format printing equipment.

Review job orders to ensure accuracy and proper setup for each print run.

Manage color calibration, paper selection, and finishing requirements.

Inspect printed materials for quality, color accuracy, and consistency.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

Coordinate with designers and production staff to meet project deadlines.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow safety standards.

1–3 years of experience operating digital or large-format printers (Ricoh, Xerox, Roland, or similar).

Strong knowledge of print production processes, materials, and color management.

Ability to interpret job tickets and technical specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and quality control.

Good time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented with good communication skills.
