CNC Machinist

Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $40.00/hr

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high‑precision components
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and GD&T specifications
• Machine and measure parts to tight tolerances using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Handle challenging materials including Inconel 718 and 422 stainless steel
• Maintain tooling, machine offsets, and quality documentation across shifts

• Minimum 5 years of CNC setup and operation experience
• Experience machining hard or exotic materials (Inconel, stainless)
• Strong understanding of GD&T
• Familiarity with Master
  
  CAM a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a pre‑employment drug screen
