Location:

Las Vegas, Nevada (remote work from home; travel by air to customers across the U.S. and internationally)

Daktronics designs, engineers, manufactures, and supports bold, eye‑catching digital LED display technology and audio systems. As part of the Daktronics team you will work on impactful installation projects with flexible opportunities.

• Effectively manage job sites by planning, delegating, and communicating with subcontractors hired by internal Project Managers.
• Coordinate with onsite customers and Project Managers to prepare and facilitate installation plans.
• Lead onsite teams, ensure project success, and monitor schedule adherence using construction management software.
• Perform inventories upon shipment arrival, complete Daily Summary Reports, and enforce safety rules.
• Provide on‑site technical support (fiber termination, field repair, troubleshooting, and coordination with subcontractors).
• Document and provide feedback to engineering product design and manufacturing groups.

• Work effectively as a team member.
• Follow company guidelines, policies, OSHA standards, and philosophy.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet customer and department expectations.

• Home office in Las Vegas, Nevada.
• Travel by air to customer sites across the U.S. and internationally.
• When not on a customer site, work from home to prepare for installations, coordinate logistics, and support project planning and communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field, or an associate’s degree with at least 3 years of technical experience.
• Must have a valid passport.
• Ability to work at heights, from a ladder, and carry a ladder and/or tools up to 40 pounds. Identify colored wires.
• Work in a variety of environments, including cold/hot weather and small spaces.
• Advanced computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, data analysis, Internet) a plus.
• Read and understand drawings/blueprints.
• Travel by air and ground; valid driver’s license; meet Daktronics driving eligibility requirements.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
