During slow periods, team members may be sent home early; during peak periods, team members may be asked to perform overtime.)

We are seeking a warehouse manager capable of a) fabricating HVAC duct metal and b) determining curb measurements/roof pitch for unit replacements. In this role, you will assist in filling and monitoring customer orders.

• Verify that all items for customer order are available
• Construct/fabricate those items not available using existing templates (e.g., t-wyes, ceiling/floor boxes, side outs)
• Layout, measure, mark dimensions on metal according to template, using calculators, scribes, dividers, squares and rulers
• Set up and operate fabricating machines, such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, grinders, and drill presses, to bend, cut form, punch, drill or otherwise form and assemble metal components
• Fasten seams or joints together with welds, bolts, cement, rivets, solder, caulks, metal drive clips, or bonds to assemble components into product
• Drills and punches holes in metal, for screws, bolts, and rivets
• Adhere to customer timelines
• Calculate curb dimensions to include roof pitch so units can be replaced. Train team members to do same

• HVAC knowledge
• Bi-lingual - Spanish/English
• Previous experience as Fabricator
• Previous experience calculating curb dimensions
• Forklift certification
• Experience operating heavy machinery
