A well-established manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Manager to step into a high-impact role at a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing facility. This leader will be responsible for stabilizing maintenance operations, restoring equipment reliability, and building accountability across people, processes, and systems.
This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who is comfortable setting structure, driving discipline, and leading through change.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Lead and develop a multi‑shift maintenance organization
- Establish and enforce preventive and planned maintenance fundamentals
- Reduce unplanned downtime and recurring mechanical failures
- Improve work planning, scheduling, and execution discipline
- Strengthen parts inventory, storeroom organization, and critical spares strategy
- Drive accountability around timekeeping, labor utilization, and daily execution
- Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, EHS, Engineering, and HR
- Support CAPEX planning and future equipment strategy
- Serve as an on‑call leader for a 24/7 manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a high‑velocity manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting 24/7 operations
- Strong execution discipline and comfort holding teams accountable
- Willingness to be hands‑on, visible, and consistently on‑call
- Consumer packaged goods or regulated manufacturing background
- Track record of stabilizing underperforming maintenance organizations
