· Full time### DescriptionA screen printing press operator has the knowledge to operate and set up a press in under one hour in most cases. They must do this using the Tri-Lock System. They have experience printing on a variety of substrates. They are leaders who supervise the Loader, Down loader, and Receiver in their area. They must be able to oversee two presses at the same time, ensuring that the client’s job specifications and screens are met with the highest quality, while maintaining printing standards, color registration, and production speed.
They must troubleshoot printing issues and make the necessary adjustments. They ensure that the final product meets the client’s requirements. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to stand for long periods while working with inks and manual machinery.
