• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Able to lift up to 50lbs frequently
• Able to stand and walk on concrete floor constantly
• Skilled in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with expertise in Excel preferred
• Must have the ability to actively initiate, lead, and participate in problem solving activities as they pertain to supplier quality issues
• Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation and conflict resolution skills
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Must be adaptable to change and have the ability/desire to make a difference
• Solid math skills and measurements are essential
• Must be willing to hold self and others accountable to safety and quality policies and procedures

• Promote clean, safe work areas throughout the plant by continuously checking for hazardous conditions
• Assist with consistently administering company policies and practices regarding attendance, performance, etc.
• Maintain employee morale by portraying a positive image of the company
• Communicate with employees on a regular basis
• Assist with allocating daily staffing needs by reviewing workload requirements and initiating appropriate action
• Assist in the training and coaching of both new and existing associates within their department to ensure that employees are performing job responsibilities effectively
• Expected to participate in activities such as training and safety programs in order to enhance the overall effectiveness of the work area(s) involved
