Job DescriptionAs a Marketing Manager
, you’ll play a critical role in scaling Otsy’s brand visibility, user engagement, and creator-driven campaigns. This is a strategic and creative leadership role for someone ready to build the marketing engine behind a travel platform designed for the Tik Tok era.
You’ll work closely with the product and content teams to plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns that bring our mission to life. You’ll own multi-channel growth efforts, shape our digital presence, and drive performance across social, email, PR, influencer, and lifecycle marketing. This includes executing paid ad campaigns across key platforms and building repeatable acquisition pipelines that scale with the business.
ProblemsYou Will Solve
- Own and execute multi-channel campaigns
:
Plan, launch, and manage marketing initiatives across social, email, SMS, influencer, and content, aligned to KPIs like engagement, activation, and retention. - Scale content and storytelling efforts
:
Work with internal and external partners to create content that performs across platforms, capturing attention and driving travel discovery. - Shape Brand Messaging and Voice
:
Collaborate with content and design to evolve Otsy’s brand voice, ensuring consistency across all channels while adapting tone and messaging to resonate with Gen Z and Millennial travelers. - Paid Media Strategy & Ad Pipeline Execution
:
Plan, launch, and iterate on performance-driven paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and emerging platforms. Build scalable ad pipelines, test creative and audience segments, and align paid media with lifecycle goals and product launches. - Lead marketing analytics and reporting

Define KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver campaign insights that drive data-backed iteration and growth. - Maintain brand consistency across platforms
:
Ensure that all messaging, visuals, and interactions reinforce Otsy’s voice, values, and positioning in a fast-moving social context. - Coordinate across teams
:
Collaborate closely with product, design, and support to align user acquisition, creator engagement, and feature rollout messaging. - Oversee creator/influencer marketing strategy
:
Help identify, activate, and measure performance of content creators aligned with our travel community and campaign goals. - Manage marketing operations
:
Own tools, calendars, testing frameworks, and workflows that help the team execute consistently and efficiently. - Digital & Performance Marketing
:
Lead growth initiatives across paid media, SEO, SEM, and social campaigns, leveraging partnerships and data-driven experimentation to maximize reach, acquisition, and ROI.
- Experience: You’ve spent 3 or more years in digital or performance marketing and know your way around campaigns, platforms, and content creation.
- Strategic & Tactical

You’re as comfortable building strategy as you are writing briefs, launching emails, or optimizing campaigns. - Creative Sensibility
:
You understand what makes a post or campaign resonate. You’ve built or led content that moved the needle, visually and emotionally. - Tech Know-How: You’re comfortable with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms and Canva. Bonus if you’ve worked in influencer marketing tools.
