Overview Responsibilities
- Website Management:
Optimize our websites (, , , ) to serve as lead generation engines, ensuring a seamless user journey that converts visitors into MQLs. - Advertising and Retargeting:
Develop and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, You Tube, and Spotify to generate MQLs. Implement retargeting strategies to maximize lead conversion, referrals, and customer retention. - SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Lead our SEO efforts to increase organic visibility and drive qualified traffic. Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge, focusing on top keywords in ISP, MSP, and VoIP sectors. - Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement and MQLs through compelling content on platforms including Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, You Tube, and Spotify. - Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, traffic, conversions, CPL, bounce rate, average session duration, and search engine ranking. Generate insightful reports to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience:
4-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation in both B2B and B2C environments. Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that result in measurable MQLs. - Lead Generation Expertise:
Deep understanding of lead generation strategies, lead scoring, and lead nurturing. Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize lead generation funnels to drive conversions. - Data-Driven Approach:
Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush) to gather insights, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques. - Collaboration
Skills:
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, especially sales. Proven experience in aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives. - Technology Proficiency:
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, Word Press, and social media ad platforms (Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, You Tube, Spotify). - Innovative Thinking:
Demonstrated ability to think creatively, stay updated on industry trends, and identify innovative approaches to generate MQLs. - Project Management:
Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities. - Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or related areas are a plus. - Adaptability:
Willingness to adapt to emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. - Leadership
Skills:
Ability to lead and mentor junior team members, as well as collaborate with other departments.

- Increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) by at least 80% within the first six months.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff of leads, improving the lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
- Enhance engagement, visibility, and usability of the company's websites, social media platforms, and online advertisements to drive business growth.
