eCommerce & Digital Trading Specialist – Lyre's Spirit Co

Base pay range: $95,000.00/yr - $/yr

Lyre’s is the world’s most awarded non‑alcoholic spirits brand, changing the way the world drinks. Operating at the intersection of startup agility and global scale, e‑commerce plays a critical role in how we reach customers across international markets.

Working closely with the Ecommerce Director, you’ll support day‑to‑day e‑commerce trading, CRM execution, and on‑site optimisation across regions. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys being close to execution in a fast‑moving digital environment.

• Day‑to‑day trading across Shopify Markets (merchandising, promotions, PDPs, site updates)
• Building and QA’ing email and SMS campaigns via Klaviyo
• Supporting CRM automations and performance reporting
• Implementing on‑site UX and CRO improvements
• Supporting Amazon and marketplace execution alongside broader e‑commerce trading priorities
• Producing basic creative assets and short‑form copy using Canva
• Partnering cross‑functionally to support smooth e‑commerce operations

You’re a capable e‑commerce operator with a strong grasp of digital trading fundamentals and an eye for detail.

• Solid experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, or online trading
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify Plus and Klaviyo
• Understanding of e‑commerce fundamentals (merchandising, funnels, CRO)
• Strong written communication and on‑brand copy skills
• Experience in FMCG or premium brands preferred
• A proactive, organised approach suited to a global, fast‑paced business
