Hybrid We are seeking a data-driven and strategically minded Media Planner to join the Caesars Entertainment Media Team. In this role, you will be working directly with a dedicated manager to build, manage, and report out on comprehensive media campaigns across our properties to maximize reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI). You will act as the crucial bridge between properties and the media team to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree  5 years of proven media planning experience from an agency or B2C organization, hands-on experience with Programmatic, TV, CTV, Audio, and OOH planning and execution Experience managing complex, on-line/off-line media and marketing budgets

Experience presenting to numerous stakeholders is preferred

Extensive experience with media planning & buying systems and research tools, such as Strata/Freewheel, SQAD/Guideline & Nielsen (Scarborough/Prime Lingo)
Direct Media Buying and/or Media Buying Management experience preferred  Excellent communication skills: ability to deliver the necessary updates on complex issues as well as the "good and the bad news” to a wide array of internal stakeholders  Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, consistently adhering to strict deadlines and evolving priorities  Media experience working in Sports, iGaming, or a regulated industry is a plus  A firm understanding of media planning and buying metrics (CPM, CPP, CPC, CTR, CPV, ROAS and Reach/Frequency)  A solid understanding of media math calculations  Strong Digital experience is a must with showcasing an understanding of targeting, IO & trafficking process and reporting Proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint required  Have energy and enthusiasm for new challenges, and an ability to tackle complex regulatory environment Responsibilities Create strategic media plans, grounded in data and media math, that reflect an understanding of business objectives, consumer behaviors, media consumption, and Caesars’ marketing assets. 

Work with regional business leaders to develop and deliver plans that meet core business KPIs for brick-and-mortar casino properties as well as digital Caesars Sports book and iCasino apps.   Use third-party resources (syndicated data, internal/external research) to uncover relevant insights that drive plan development and provide comprehensive/compelling rationale for proposed plan structure, as well as assess the efficacy of the plan. 

Manage and collaborate with internal and, where applicable, external agency resources to deliver cohesive business solutions, best-in-class media strategies and execution across multiple states.  Manage and implement approved media plan ensuring all deadlines are met across broadcast, digital, print, audio, billboards, experiential, retail, and sponsor ships.  Partner with the creative department to define specs and ensure timely delivery of all creative to media vendors. 

Work with suppliers to approve creative materials and ensure all campaigns are fully compliant with supplier and regulatory guidelines across different states.  Build presentation materials, complete appropriate tracking spreadsheets and deliverables grids (specs/timelines) and enter data in relevant systems as required.  Provide monthly and quarterly reports to management on all active/pending campaigns.  Ensure team is adhering to planning and buying processes, policies and procedures. 

Identify and track issues and resolve/escalate as needed.
