Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the council’s Fund Development, including grants, individual donations, foundations, corporations, annual giving, capital campaigns, and planned giving.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community and corporate partners, as well as donors.
• Plan and coordinate the annual fundraising gala and other events.
• Provide expertise and support to the Fund Development Committee of the council’s Board of Directors.
• Seek new funding sources and maintain relationships with current and past donors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications; or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of successful non-profit experience, or proven success in marketing or sales with 3-5 years in a fundraising capacity.
• Strong public speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, CRM software (Salesforce), and donor management software (Donor Perfect).
