• Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse, utilize the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients admitted to the dialysis unit.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post‑hospitalization, and accessing community resources.
• Oversee dialysis treatments required by patients with acute or chronic kidney failure as ordered by physicians.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, including Charge Nurse responsibilities (ACLS certification required).

• RN License in the state you are applying.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification preferred initially and required after 90 days of employment; ACLS required from day 1 for all Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU.
• Certification through the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) preferred but not required.
