House Supervisor (RN)

Are you a strong clinical leader looking to make an impact in behavioral healthcare? Thrive Behavioral Hospital is seeking a dedicated House Supervisor (RN) to join our team full-time on the night shift.

The House Supervisor oversees hospital operations during non-business hours, ensuring high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing teams. This role is critical in maintaining patient safety, regulatory compliance, and smooth facility operations overnight.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing and hospital staff during night shifts.
• Serve as the on-site administrative representative, addressing urgent issues and escalating as needed.
• Ensure staff assignments are appropriate to patient acuity and census.
• Support patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment and uphold hospital policies and procedures.

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Nevada.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health or acute care.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
• BLS and CPI certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire).
