Overview
The Licensed Practical Nurse will work in collaboration with the clinical team in developing and maintaining client's treatment plans.
Moriah Behavioral Health offers teen mental health treatment and female eating disorders treatment. The mission of Moriah Behavioral Health is to provide the highest quality treatment for every client, to foster self - discovery, healing, and peace of mind.
Responsibilities- Conducts focused assessments by collecting data through observations, examinations, interviews, and recording in the health record in an accurate and timely matter.
- Actively participates in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity of care.
- Administer injections when ordered.
- Check PPD results and facilitate further action when needed.
- Manage prescriptions based on doctors' orders.
- Medical intake assessment with new clients
- Licensure in the State of Nevada as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Experience in behavioral l health field or eating disorder experience preferred.
- CPR and BLS certification
