As a CNA, you will assist rehabilitation nurses with delegated treatment and patient care, building meaningful relationships with patients and peers. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Assisting rehabilitation nurses with delegated treatment and patient care according to specific regulations and guidelines.
• Performing tasks delegated and supervised by rehabilitation nurses.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients and peers.
• Having opportunities to learn, grow, advance, and develop your skills.
• Celebrating victories and milestones achieved by our patients.

• Current CNA license or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
