• Pay Per Visit compensation: $30–$40 per visit (estimated yearly range $64,902–$77,565)

• Provide direct nursing care to clients as prescribed by the physician, under RN supervision.
• Provide nursing skills according to the plan of treatment.
• Observe, document, and report changes in patient condition.
• Complete accurate and relevant clinical notes.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and facilitate self-sufficiency.

• LVN/LPN licensed to practice in NV and in good standing.
• Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing school.
• One year experience as a professional nurse in an acute setting.
• Valid and current CPR certification (BLS required).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Insured automobile meeting Lorian requirements.
• Proficient with electronic medical records.
• Excellent observation, judgment, and communication skills.
• Self-directing with ability to work with little supervision.
• Patience and tact when working with adults (18+).
• Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligations.
• Participates in in-service education and clinical meetings.
• Adheres to infection-control policies and HIPAA privacy/security standards.
