LPN; Licensed Practical Nurse

The Heights of Summerlin is now hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team!
Now Hiring for:
Night Shift, Weekends 12 hour shifts

• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
• Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status
• Medication administration
• Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment

• LPN with current licensure to practice in Nevada
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
