Registered Nurse = CLINICAL SUPERVISOR NEONATAL ICU - Onsite Las Vegas, Nevada

Join our team as a Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor in the Neonatal ICU, where your compassionate leadership and clinical expertise help nurture our littlest patients. You’ll work alongside a dedicated crew in a warm, supportive environment, fostering teamwork while celebrating every milestone achieved and every life touched.

Responsibilities

Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care to the patient, family, care partner and appropriate others. Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, directs and facilitates nursing staff in obtaining safe, optimal health care outcomes. Supports activities that meet the facility vision, mission and goals. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Oversees and guides employees that are under his/her supervision.

The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.

This position is only for full time NIGHT shift

  • Lead and inspire a caring team in the Neonatal ICU to deliver exceptional care with warmth and expertise.
  • Guide clinical decision-making while fostering an environment of continuous learning and teamwork.
  • Ensure safe, cutting-edge care by coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Mentor and support nurses in their professional growth, encouraging innovative and compassionate practices.
  • Monitor patient care standards and collaborate on improvements to create a nurturing setting for newborns.
  • Communicate openly with families to explain care plans and build trust during challenging times.
  • Celebrate every small success, promoting a positive, community-focused atmosphere in the ICU.
