Summerlin Hospital is a 496‑bed facility featuring emergency services and a busy maternity department averaging 450 deliveries per month. The Children’s Medical Center hosts a NICU, a pediatric ICU, and a separate pediatric ER. Advanced cardiovascular care, surgical services, women’s health, and oncology care are also available. The hospital is an accredited Chest Pain PCI facility and a Primary Stroke Center that has received multiple American Heart Association Get With the Guidelines awards.

As RN Charge Nurse, you will provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. You will provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, establish Patient Centered Care as the foundation for all nursing care, oversee and guide employees under your supervision, and demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school and completion of a specialty course or equivalent. BSN preferred.
• Experience: One year acute‑care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course.
• License/Certification: Current RN license in Nevada, current BLS certification, current ACLS (adult), current PALS (pediatric) or NRP (neonatal) as required by department, and other certifications as applicable.
• Must successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
