At Care Options for Kids, a pediatric home health care company, you will provide one‑on‑one care in the client’s home. You will work independently, making a real difference and building a deep bond with each family. The position requires night shifts.
Pay Range- $24.00 / hr – $30.00 / hr
- $2,000 bonus for qualified RN and LVN candidates

- Medication administration per physician orders
- Physician ordered treatments such as:
- Nutrition via a feeding tube
- Tracheostomy care
- Suctioning nasal, oral, and/or endotracheal
- Ventilation care
- Seizure assessment and treatment
- Current, active Nevada LVN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in‑person, not online)
- Experience with G‑tube, trach, vent or willingness to train
- Fluent in English
