Director Cath Lab - Onsite Las Vegas, Nevada

We're looking for a seasoned Director of Cath Lab who can lead a dynamic team to deliver excellent cardiac care. This role celebrates innovation and collaboration, and is ideal for someone enthusiastic about positively impacting patient outcomes while nurturing a warm, supportive environment throughout the lab.

Responsible for the 24 hour management of the cardiac cath lab and interventional radiology lab assuring patient care meets the standard of care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the cath lab team with a friendly, supportive spirit while ensuring top-notch patient care.

  • Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to streamline procedures and promote best practices.

  • Foster an environment of growth, continuous learning, and shared success.

  • Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

  • Advocate for innovative solutions and efficiency improvements in all lab processes.

  • Guide staff development through mentorship, training, and open communication.

  • Serve as the enthusiastic point of contact for addressing both team needs and patient concerns.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, Master's Degree required

  • Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience required and a minimum of two (2) years progressive management experience required.

  • Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BCLS Certification.

  • Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department

  • Experienced professional with a deep background in cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures

  • Proven leader who inspires teams to achieve excellence and patient safety.

  • Adept at managing high-pressure environments with a focus on quality care and innovation.

  • Committed to continuous training, ensuring the team stays updated with the latest techniques.

  • Passionate about fostering a collaborative, patient-centered approach in the cath lab.

  • Skilled in navigating regulatory guidelines while maintaining operational efficiency.

  • Driven by a friendly, supportive attitude that builds trust with both colleagues and patients.
