Job specification

• Provide direct nursing care and manage individualized care plans for patients in their homes.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental evaluations.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Educate patients and caregivers on managing illness, medication adherence, and recovery strategies.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Candidate requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience, preferably in home health or community-based care.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the service area.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation.
