Employment Type: Full-time (Day)

Pay: USD $18.00/Hr. – USD $23.31/Hr.

Responsible for performing patient care/service activities/procedures as outlined by the state board of nursing and within the Nevada Nurse Practice Act. Performs assigned duties under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

• Provide direct patient care services for behavioral health patients per state board regulations.
• Assist with basic nursing care and support nursing staff on the unit.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and care provided.
• Follow institutional policies and procedures to ensure quality and safety.

• Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant program and certification.
• Current CNA license in the State of Nevada.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Demonstrate necessary knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to patient age and unit.
