This is a premium position offering flexibility, purpose‑driven care, and the chance to make a real impact in the community.
Position Highlights:- Role: Mobile Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Location: Central & West Las Vegas (facilities and in‑home visits)
- Start Date: ASAP – 6 months (LOA coverage, potential to extend)
- Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM (No call)
- Patient Volume: 3‑4 sites/day
- EMR: Athena
- Active NV license, Board Certified
, DEA
, and BLS - Minimum 1 year experience in primary care, geriatrics, or in‑home care
- Familiarity with HEDIS and Value-Based Care (VBC) models
- Rates: Discuss by Phone
- Billing Type: W2
- 100% Malpractice Paid
- Paid Weekly
