Overnight Pediatric RN​/LPN – Trach​/Vent​/G-Tube

Nurse Core is seeking an overnight RN/LPN to provide one-on‑one care in the patient’s home for a 7-month‑old male. Recent hands‑on experience with G‑tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care is required, as all three skills are essential for this case.

• $500 SIGN-ON BONUS!
• LPN: $27/hour
• RN: $40/hour

• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Manage tracheostomy care, ventilator support, airway management, suctioning, G‑tube feedings, and medication administration.
• Monitor the patient's condition and respond promptly to respiratory changes.
• Follow physician orders and the individualized plan of care while working independently.
• Communicate effectively with the patient's family and Nurse Core clinical team.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation.

• Active Nevada RN or LPN license.
• At least one year of post‑graduate nursing experience.
• Recent hands‑on experience caring for patients with G‑tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators.
• Current hands‑on BLS/CPR certification.
• Negative TB test completed within the past year.
