The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Las Vegas, NM to recruit a dedicated and compassionate PRN Registered Nurseto support their Med Surg team on an as-needed basis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility to meet staffing needs.

Schedule:

PRN | Days | Nights

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
• Monitor,record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
• Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN is preferred
• 6+months of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Med Surg environment is preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
