This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Groundskeeper located in Las Vegas, NV. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal of the community’s common areas and grounds. Daily tasks include landscaping, lawn care, tree trimming, and basic maintenance such as repairing fences and walkways. Additional responsibilities may include seasonal tasks such as snow removal and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• Perform daily landscaping, lawn care, and tree trimming tasks.
• Repair fences, walkways, and irrigation systems using appropriate tools.
• Identify and address safety hazards and maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment, paying strong attention to detail.
• Work independently, manage time effectively, and juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Support seasonal and special projects as needed.

• Proficiency in landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance.
• Basic maintenance and repair skills, including tool use for fences, walkways, and irrigation.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and hazard identification.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to perform labor‑intensive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and manage time while juggling multiple responsibilities.
• Prior experience as a groundskeeper or similar role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Commitment to creating a welcoming and well‑kept community environment.
