Laborer- Facilities Harrah's LV

Position: Laborer- Facilities -Full Time (Harrah's LV)
JOB SUMMARY:

This position requires an individual who is able to work in all weather conditions (heat / cold / wind / rain) and is still expected to fully complete all job duties. Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.; communicate on a 2-way radio. Requires constant walking and standing throughout the entire shift (typically 8 hours).

Scope of Job:

To maintain and upkeep the surrounding areas of the property including, but not limited to, lawns, shrubs, trees, pool, sprinkler system, etc.

Essential Job Functions:

* Mowing of all lawns.

* Trimming and upkeep of all trees and shrubs.

* Ability to repair all sprinkler lines.

* Knowledge of planting new trees and shrubs.

* Repairing and maintaining pool and spa areas.

* Keeping the area in between all shrubs clean and free of trash.

* Directing laborers assigned to landscaping duties.

* Change filters.

Necessary Attributes/Characteristics:

* Must maintain professionalism at all times.

* Knowledgeable about gardening and hand tools; mechanical skills a plus.

* Ability to train and supervise all labors.

* Valid Nevada driver's license for driving company vehicles.

Education/

Experience:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* One year experience as a laborer.

* Must have a pool certificate.
