We’re seeking a veterinarian with a genuine interest in exotic animals to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced exotics DVM or looking to expand your knowledge in a hospital known for mentoring and excellence in this space, you’ll find the right mix of support, autonomy, and opportunity here.

Since opening in 2007, Aloha Animal Hospital has become the go-to clinic for exotic pets across the Southwest Las Vegas valley and beyond. We see everything from birds, reptiles, and rabbits to ferrets, tortoises, and sugar gliders — and our clientele travels far for our trusted care.

You’ll get the best of both worlds: a dynamic schedule that includes dogs, cats, and a wide range of exotic species. Our team provides everything from routine wellness care to emergency medicine and habitat consultations — all tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

We’re a close-knit, upbeat crew with an impressive retention rate. Many team members have been with us for years, and we credit that to our culture of mutual respect, shared curiosity, and light-hearted camaraderie. We believe in teaching, mentoring, and celebrating each other’s wins.

Our facility is fully equipped with advanced diagnostics and treatment capabilities, including radiology, ultrasonography, an in-house lab, and regenerative therapy. You’ll have what you need to practice high-quality, progressive medicine — and room to grow your skills.

$110,000 to $140,000 starting salary (new grads and experienced DVMs), depending on experience

You’ll also receive 21% production, paid monthly
, with no negative accrual — one of the most competitive and transparent structures in the industry.

Time Off: 4 weeks of paid time off (3 weeks personal PTO + 1 week for CE)
