General SummaryThis position is responsible for the administration and coordination of various tasks associated with the company’s regulatory compliance functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for the accurate review and timely submission of both renewal and initial licensing applications across various jurisdictions.
- Efficiently communicate with regulatory authorities and internal teams to resolve licensing matters, gather necessary documentation, submit required licensing filings, and address inquiries or requests.
- Manage and resolve both internal and external regulatory requests.
- Assist in tracking license expiration dates, updating department records, and ensuring the confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Analyze licensing requirements and engage in various research methods related to regulatory compliance.
- Support internal teams in resolving licensing and/or compliance issues, respond to inquiries, and communicate resolutions promptly.
- Maintain and organize compliance filing system ensuring accurate compliance records are kept in accordance with all relevant regulatory agencies.
- Keep current of all shipping and regulatory notification requirements by jurisdiction and maintain shipping notification knowledge base with any new requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of gaming regulatory applications for company, principals, service technicians, and others as needed, including but not limited to completing detailed forms, writing letters, and gathering documentation.
- Assist with the submission of various monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual regulatory filings.
- Assist with special projects and assignments as needed.
- Attend various meetings as required.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Highly organized with relevant compliance, administration, and/or logistics experience.

- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products

All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check. This position will require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and may require registration in other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
OSHA- Participates in company health and safety programs and complies with all company OSHA policies and procedures.
- Follows all lawful employer safety and health rules.
- Wears and/or uses Personal Protective Equipment when entering designated areas.
- Report hazardous conditions to management.
- Report any job-related injury or illness to management and seeks treatment promptly.
Assigned duties are accomplished primarily in an office setting where walking, sitting, bending, reaching, talking, hearing and good vision are required. May be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
