A Quality Control Coordinator supports the successful delivery of large, strategic projects by overseeing on-site quality during job walks and furniture installations. The role ensures accuracy, compliance with installation standards, and client expectations through hands-on inspections, punch list reviews, and coordination with Project Managers and installers. They help reinforce consistent delivery practices, identify risks or improvement opportunities, and act as a quality-focused resource for key accounts to protect client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Organize, schedule, and attend job walks and furniture installations for large annuity and strategic accounts, such as; UNLV, Roseman University, and the City of Henderson, to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to project requirements.
- Support consistent delivery standards by assisting in the development and application of HB installation guidelines and provide on-site coaching to third party installers and partners to promote compliance and best practices.
- Assist Project Managers with furniture punch list reviews, tracking outstanding items and supporting accountability for timely resolution and closeout.
- This would include learning the Punch process and being able to file punch.
- Identify site-related issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement during job walks and installations, and communicate findings clearly and promptly to Eddie for awareness, escalation, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as an additional quality-focused resource for large, repeat-client projects to help maintain HB Workplaces’ standards, client satisfaction, and long-term account relationships.
