Electronics Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary

Ron's Staffing is seeking detail-oriented candidates for a Quality Control Inspector opportunity. The inspector will examine products and materials, identify defects, and help ensure items meet established quality standards and specifications. Candidates with experience in electronics, manufacturing, assembly, production, or quality inspection are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is dependable, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect electronic components, assembled products, and materials to verify that they meet quality standards and specifications.

Perform visual inspections and basic measurements to identify defects, inconsistencies, or damaged components.

Check products for proper assembly, workmanship, labeling, and overall appearance.

Document inspection results and report defects, quality concerns, or nonconforming materials to the appropriate team members.

Follow inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality control guidelines.

Maintain accurate inspection records, checklists, and quality documentation.

Communicate quality issues to production leads and supervisors.

Assist with identifying recurring defects and opportunities for process improvement.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and follow company safety procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience in quality control, quality inspection, electronics, manufacturing, assembly, or production is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or inconsistencies.

Ability to read and follow written instructions, procedures, and product specifications.

Basic measuring skills and the ability to use inspection tools when needed.

Basic computer skills for entering inspection results and maintaining records.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive inspection tasks as required.

Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Experience

Experience inspecting electronic components or electronic assemblies.

Familiarity with manufacturing or production quality standards.

Experience using calipers, rulers, gauges, or other basic inspection tools.

Experience documenting inspection findings and reporting quality concerns.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay is $16.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The listed shift is 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Confirm the schedule before publishing if the Quality Control Inspector position follows a different shift.
