We’re seeking an energetic and skilled Leasing Agent II to join our Las Vegas portfolio. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, you’ll play a critical role in driving occupancy, creating positive resident experiences, and supporting the community’s success. This role is ideal for leasing professionals ready to advance their careers with a results-driven, collaborative team.

• Greet, tour, and lease apartments to prospective residents in alignment with company standards.

• Generate leads and manage follow-up to consistently achieve leasing goals.

• Prepare lease agreements, ensure policy compliance, and maintain accurate leasing files.

• Conduct move-in orientations to deliver an excellent onboarding experience.

• Assist with marketing initiatives, resident events, and online advertising.

• Manage lease renewals and foster strong resident relationships to support retention.

• Maintain knowledge of property features, floor plans, and current market trends.

• Collaborate with community and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily leasing experience.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing and occupancy goals.

• Professional, reliable, and highly organized with attention to detail.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
