We’re looking for a hungry, relationship-driven sales rep to sell off-market real estate investment deals to cash buyers and investors.

This is NOT retail real estate.

• You are selling high-demand, off-market investment properties to serious buyers who are actively looking to purchase.
• If you’re confident, competitive, good with people, and want real upside, this role can easily turn into a six-figure opportunity

• You do need sales ability, hustle, and strong communication skills.

• Selling off-market investment properties to cash buyers
• Building and managing a buyer's list of investors
• Communicating daily with active real estate investors
• Hosting property walkthroughs in Las Vegas
• Negotiating prices and deal terms
• Following up consistently to maximize deal profits
• Working closely with our acquisitions team to move deals fast

This is a true sales role — relationships, follow-up, and closing matter.

• Confident communicator on the phone, text, and in person
• Comfortable negotiating and discussing prices and money
• Relationship-driven mindset with strong follow-up habits
• Competitive, self-motivated, and performance-oriented
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Organized enough to manage multiple active deals at once
• Willing to work in the office in Las Vegas and attend property walkthroughs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
